It might be too late to request this information, this should have been done many months ago. Since this person, owes me money...A great deal of money, that I will never receive. I have a promissory note for the last loan, and the first payment was due on January 15th. I have not received that payment, and when I called him, he said he would call me back, and has not.
Of course, a lot of this was my fault...I trusted and gave, to receive nothing back. After his return to the East coast, after spending two weeks with me at my home, I knew that he was in great financial difficulty.
While he was here, I gave him $10,000 to save his home, it was going into foreclosure in a few weeks.
I also paid for a complete two weeks vacation, including his round
trip plane fare. Please let me know if complete information can
