Dear InCase,

He's a convicted felon--not just once, but numerous times-- and is sitting in a cell in the County Jail right now! He only received a 6-month sentence for credit card fraud. Here's what happened. --Totally Conned.

MONTH 1 - 4

• First met on an International party line.
• First flight to visit him.
• His flight to visit me for 2 weeks.
• He proposes marriage, I accept.

MONTH 5

• His family contacts me and begs to send him another plane ticket to my place.
  
• He moves in with me.
  
• He flew back for a parole hearing, was taken into custody (he told me that his parole was revoked for leaving the state). HOWEVER, I learned a few months ago that the reason he was sent to prison was because of 15 counts of theft in addition to parole revocation for positive drug screen AND leaving the state!!!

MONTH 6, 7, 8

• I was there for him, remained faithful to him--sent him money, food, clothes, TV, walkman, tapes, etc while he was incarcerated! Visited him 6 different times (airplane trips)--stayed at his mom's in his room (NEVER FOUND ANYTHING WHICH WOULD LEAD ME TO BELIEVE HE WAS PLAYING ME.)

MONTH 9

• He's released from prison--but taken to the County Jail for detainer he had from 3 years ago! He was released again and I flew to see him, he met me at airport, (didn't seem EXCITED, or at least as excited as I thought he would be (having just been released from 15 months of incarceration.)
  
• His mother and I had come up with the money to pay a bail bondsman for his release from jail...and they immediately needed him to help move the family.
  
• We spent 5 days together--but had a bad argument. When I returned home, I came back with a feeling "THAT SOMETHING HAD CHANGED FOR HIM"

MONTH 10

• He took a mysterious trip (would not tell me where he was staying). Later, he told me that he thought it was cute that I didn't know how to find him? I later learned that he was with a woman who considered herself his girlfriend (for several weeks), maybe longer--she would never actually say). She did tell me that they had had sex on about 3 different occasions!

MONTH 11

• I flew to be with him, as he was to appear before the Judge for the conviction he had received the month before for CREDIT CARD FRAUD.
  
• We spend the night at a motel and I discovered (under his pillow on his bed during my search), a receipt for an overnight express package mailed to a woman.
  
• He received a letter in the mail (I learned that it was from another woman in a different state). He stood with his back to me in his room, read the letter, then put the letter in his lock box (and balled up the envelope and put it in his pants pocket--but I was to later retrieve that envelope.
  
• We were in the room again at the motel. He said he was going to go back home, as we had begun to argue about his behavior toward me, and the secrecy, etc. I proceeded to thrust my head against the wall...to which he came over and stopped me, held me on the floor and kept asking me if I was okay. I was okay...but I pretended to be NOT OKAY. So he would stay with me.
  
• The morning of his trial. HE WAS TAKEN INTO CUSTODY.
  
• I located letters, a list of women's names and phone numbers, pictures, and also his 32-page telephone bill for calls made in the month before.

MONTH 12

• The woman he had been calling collect, called me at my job to issue a threat to me from him! I relayed that information to the County Jail officials, but nothing came of it. I'm away from him and really thankful that he is out of my life.
